CHOU CHOU INTIMATES
Chouchou has been a partner of ours since early 2023 working across both Meta and more recently Google.
The Brief
To continue driving sales growth for the brand while maintaining a strong working relationship built on trust, structure, and clear growth KPIs.
This client had previously had a poor experience with another agency and was looking for a more hands-on, transparent partnership. They already had a strong brand presence and solid foundations in place, and were looking for the right strategy to scale effectively.
Our goal was to double their sales through paid ads, focusing on sustainable year-on-year growth without overspending, while maintaining target ROAS and MER benchmarks.
They’d struggled to dedicate the time to learn ads in-house and weren’t seeing the results they hoped for.
The Results
By taking a structured and strategic approach, we’ve been able to hold a strong ROAS MoM, and ensure overall profitability on Meta before then adding on Google Ads.
After calculating their MER and accounting for operating costs, we confirmed they could comfortably scale at a 4-5 ROAS while remaining profitable — a figure unique to their business model.
